What is a Pathway?

A pathway might be any contract, agreement, project or transaction process.

What if I need a bespoke plan?

We offer custom pricing solutions for large deployments of Pathways, so we can ensure you have a plan that works for you and scales as you grow. For more information about a custom solution that fits your needs, email us.

What happens if I want to upgrade my plan?

Pathways makes switching plans easy. At any point in your subscription you can upgrade to the next plan, and we will prorate the difference for the remaining time on your subscription. You can also downgrade at the end of your subscription period.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

You own all of your data. Authorised users can download a backup of all your documents at any time. Authorised users can also download a CSV file of all your data and reminders at any time.

Do integrations cost extra?

It depends; some integrations are complementary and some are an add-ons. If you would like to make custom integrations, this is something we can discuss by emailing us.

Do I have to pay more for security?

Absolutely not. It’s critical for Pathways that your data and your documents are secure while they’re being created, stored, and processed in the Pathways platform.
