Forms can stored and accessible in two different locations on the platform: In The Library and in the Data Room(s) of a given Pathway, or multiple Pathways. Your forms may be in your library, but not be in use in any Pathways, conversely they might be used as supporting materials in a Pathway but might not be stored in the library. Here is how you can delete a Form from The Library in Pathways: 

To delete a form from The Library, select the ‘Delete’ option from the ellipses. The below confirmation prompt will be displayed.  If ‘Yes’ is selected, the form will be removed from the library and no longer be accessible on the front end.

Please note, if the form that is being deleted has been added to a pathway, it will remain active within that pathway.
