What do I need to access Pathways?

Pathways is cloud-based, and device and browser agnostic. It’s a secure web-based app that works equally well on PCs or on Macs. You can keep your deal moving using Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.
What types of organizations does Pathways support?
Pathways was originally designed to support multi-party real estate transactions, covering every aspect of the contract process. Since then, we have grown to support organizations across multiple industries who aim to simplify their most complex processes for contracts and agreements.
Is Pathways compatible with my company’s IT network?
Yes! Pathways does not require any IT infrastructure. No application downloads. No add-ons. No plug-ins. Everything you need is in a cloud-based app.

Are electronic signatures legally binding around the world?
Electronic signatures are fully valid and legally binding in most countries around the world. They are now used by individuals, companies, and governments alike to increase the speed and security of their transactions.
Pathways, via integration, uses Docusign eSignature which meets the key requirements of all major regulations in the world, such as the U.S. Electronic Signature in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000 (ESIGN), the Electronic Transactions Act of 1999 (AUS), and the Electronic Identification Regulation (EU).

What are "Pathways" in the Pathways Platform?
You might notice that in Pathways we make a lot of reference to “Pathwayss”. In fact, the activity center of the platform itself is called the “Pathways” screen. However, Pathways is not strictly limited to commercial transactions. Our definition is wider-reaching.
A "Pathway", can be a project, a client journey, a process, a contract, or an agreement across different teams. Essentially, any instance where you need to collaborate to reach an agreed outcome.
In Pathways, we break up an end-to-end project into steps and break each step down into discrete activities that can involve any number of supporting documents and any number of teammates and counterparties.
What is Contract and Agreement Management?
Contract and agreement management is the process of digitally maintaining contracts agreements made with clients, customers, vendors, and business partners. This encompasses creating, managing, sharing, and archiving business contracts as well as the full audit trail of the process. Pathways allows in-house legal and commercial teams to automate their manual processes, providing an opportunity to save time, increase revenue, and derive actionable insights from every business process.
Do I Need Training to Use Pathways?
Not at all. You’ll be creating new Pathways and collaborating in no time – even if you’re a first-time user.
We spent a lot of time designing the Pathways user interface to be as simple and intuitive as possible, but there are always tricks and tips that let you get more from your experience.
