Use the ‘Notify’ dropdown feature under the ‘add comment’ box to send them a notification to read your comment
When you are leaving a comment for another person that requires a direct response, use the ‘Notify’ dropdown features under the ‘add comment’ box, and select the person or people you would like to notify. This will send them a notification to read your comment.
Then, click the toggle beside the ‘notify’ dropdown menu that reads ‘comment requires follow up’.
This will mark the comment as unresolved until the other party addresses the comment and marks it as resolved using the ‘Mark’ Resolved’ button.
