What Do All The Notification Symbols Mean?
There are four different types of in-app notification symbols in Pathways, here's what they all mean
There are four different types of in-app notification symbols in Pathways that all correspond to different activities. Here are the symbols and their corresponding actions:
A user will receive a ‘red circle with white exclamation mark’ symbol when they have been requested to sign the document in DocuSign
A user will receive a ‘blue chat bubble’ symbol when they have been notified about a comment.
A user will receive a ‘yellow calendar’ symbol when the Activity that they have been assigned to is Due soon.
A user will receive a‘red circle with white exclamation mark’ symbol when the Activity that they have been assigned to is Overdue.
