Why Don’t My Completed Activities and Steps Always Match The Progress Bar?
There are might be other steps assigned to other people, which you can't see
In the case that you have completed your assigned activities and steps but the progress bar still reads 3 out of 6 complete (as per the example below), it might not be obvious that there are other steps assigned to other people which you might not be able to see.
While you have completed all your activities for a step, the progress is showing all activities for all parties under that step. This way you know that someone else is still working on something before that step can be set to complete.
